an okay stay at the resort
large selection breakfast buffet tasty food pool bar helpful staff pool bar long check-in small kids half-board package
the breakfast buffet had a large selection of food. the pool was huge. the staff were nice and helpful at the pool bar! i had a good time at the pool bar with some tasty food and drinks.
the check-in was very long! it was also inconvenient with small kids after a long flight. the restaurant was closed when check-in ended so we could not have half-board included in our package.

charming thai getaway
relaxing stay club access neatly packaged items thoughtful message
i had a relaxing stay the club room access made things extra special i enjoyed the laundry service and it returned my items neatly packaged i also found the housekeeping team left thoughtful messages in my room it was a nice personal touch i didn't expect.
the lotus garden candle lighting ceremony was tricky to find initially despite my punctuality i managed to experience it eventually it was a minor inconvenience overall though.

the breakfast had many options and fresh choices were plentiful i ate in the main room there seemed to be something for everyone it was extensive and very clean.

my room was large and well equipped it had all the amenities i needed the private access to the pool was a great bonus it allowed for spontaneous dips.

access to both the beach and the main road was very convenient it was through the back of the pool area this made exploring very easy and quick i enjoyed it.

the staff were really good especially in the club lounge they made sure i was comfortable and my glass was always topped up they were very attentive and polite.

the hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious they are easy to walk through and well maintained a distant room gave me a chance to get my steps in each day.

fresh fruit attentive staff
the breakfast selection at the maya restaurant was superb i especially liked the fresh fruit. the staff were great making the experience more enjoyable.
